10 Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
We will all suffer from time to time, because God allows it in order to completely mature us. In order to perservere thru it, we need to read the HELP manual to give us the strenght. The suffering and trials are only for a season. Just like winter is only for a season, and spring brings the new buds of growth. When we perservere thru the season of trouble, hardship, sickness, pain, etc, then we too will see the bud of growth that GOD has planted for us.
Thank you father, that thru my two bouts of cancer, thru my abandonment, and thru this divorce that you are ever faithful. Thank you for your promises of Grace and Mercy, and Thank you for reminding me that this too is ONLY FOR A SEASON !!
