  1. 29 Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.

This is a prayer that everyone needs. Not only should we be renewing our minds daily, but we should be speaking boldly the name of Jesus Christ.

Alot of people ask me what is the will of God. I explain to them that it is to bring all things together thru Christ and at the same time bringing Glory and Honor to God.

What more of a way can we bring glory to our Wonderful, Awesome creator than to keep telling the stories of what Christ has done for us.

We have days honoring the presidents, honoring Lovers, and the list goes on and on. However, EVERY day is a new day to Honor Christ. EVERY day is our chance to bring glory to him. EVERY day is a chance to thank him for going to that cross for us. EVERY day is our chance to do so by speaking HIS word and helping another lost person get back on the path to realizing who Christ truly is !!

For me, Christ has blessed me in so many ways. Those who have been in small groups with me know that God enables me bring to rememberance scriptures. For me this is a miracle !! I was in a severe accident in 1989 where a car broadsided my vehicle and came right into my head causing me to lose consciousness and damaging my long term memory bank. Most of the time, I can't remember where I put stuff the day before, I can't remember most of my past, except thru pictures. PRAISE THE LORD I remember scriptures when it is needed !!! God is truly wonderful !! I am honored to be able to provide a service for him. Thank you Father !!

  2. Verse 32 - "All the believers were one in heart and mind."

Perfect unity - I can't wait to be a part of that, but I don't think we will see that here on Earth. Churches of all sizes have disagreements about the ways of the church. I have sat in rooms with people who have great faith in Christ, but could not come to a unanimous decision.

I need to do my part in living in unity with other believers. To do that, I need to know and understand God a little better each day. I need to feed on His word daily. My prayer is God would fix all the deficient areas of my thinking that breaks unity. The "church" in Acts 4 would have been something to see. I think we are trying to do that as best we can at Charter Oak. There is still much to do.
